The PARI O-PEP is an Oscillating Positive Expiratory Pressure device in which patients exhale into the device against a movable ball, causing a vibration that is transmitted to the lungs. The O-PEP produces a range of oscillation frequencies between 6 and 20 Hz and can be adjusted by changing the incline of the device.

The O-PEP efficiently loosens bronchial mucus and helps clear the airways. Designed by PARI to help mobilize secretions in the lower airways, support the clearing of the airway system, and reduce shortness of breath, the O-PEP is an integral part of your respiratory therapy program. The set includes a lanyard and a small carry bag.
