Easy Return Policy: Shop PARI Nebulizers with Confidence

We accept returns for unopened, unused products, excluding eRapid and HyperSal products, within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges incurred by Nebology.com. Items may be subject to a manufacturer's return label fee of $7.50 and a restocking fee of 25%. We will notify you of this when you make your Return Request. In the event that your package is damaged, lost, or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to explain the problem. We will correct any mistakes that occurred from Nebology.com order processing errors.

Merchandise must be returned back to us in the original, resaleable and unopened condition. If a return is received that has been opened or used prior to return, we will deny the refund and require you to pay shipping costs incurred by Nebology. Items that are sealed must be returned with the seal intact. Due to health & safety concerns and regulations, we cannot accept returns of items intended for single patient use, such as nebulizer accessories or parts. Contact us with a Return Request before shipping any returns or products to us (see full Return Request instructions below).

How to Return an Item

Submit a Return Request using one of the following options:

 - Email us at info@nebology.com - please wait for a response as well as a Return Request authorization and confirmation.

 - Call us at (888) 224-0135 for your Return Request by phone.

We accept returns only for unopened, unused products.

Using any of the methods above, we will provide you with a return shipping label as well as shipping instructions on where to send your package. Returns received to our warehouse without authorization or without following the Return Request process will be denied. All returnable items must be received to us within 30 days of the order date to be eligible to receive a refund. After 30 days, items are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

When returning your item, please carefully package it with all original packaging and documentation. Please be sure to include your original order number on the outside of the package. Affix the return label provided, then drop off at your local UPS or drop box. 
**Once returns are shipped back to the warehouse, they undergo inspection with PARI's Quality Control.  After passing inspection, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment for the unopened and unused items, less original shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.  If returned items fail inspection and are determined to be ineligible for restock and resale, Nebology will inform the customer that the refund is denied.
