The PARI VORTEX Non-Electrostatic Holding Chamber attaches to your inhaler (sometimes called an "MDI", or metered-dose inhaler) to ensure that each time you use your inhaler, you are receiving a full and effective dose distributed properly to your lungs.

Studies show that up to 73% more drug is available to the lungs when using the VORTEX than with traditional plastic spacers. The PARI VORTEX is compatible with all brands of inhalers and has a patented "duck-bill" valve that ensures medication is only released when you or your child inhales.

The VORTEX reduces medicinal waste around the mouth and should be used by anyone who uses an MDI. It can be extended with adult or pediatric masks to make it compatible for any age, or it can be used alone with the included mouthpiece.

The Vortex is made of non-electrostatic material which means the medicine will not stick to the sides of the chamber, giving you the maximum dosage of medicine with each inhalation. Dishwasher-safe and easy to clean.

This version of the Vortex comes with removable medium Pediatric Mask (designed for toddlers and children aged 1.5-4). Designed with pediatric patients in mind, VORTEX Pediatric Masks are soft, comfortable, and show excellent sealing capabilities even when applied gently to the face.

TECHNICAL TIP:There are many different ways to digitize a written prescription allowing you to send it to us with minimal time and effort. Using a standard desktop scanner provides an optimal quality scan, but often a well-lit, clear digital photo taken with a high quality camera phone or similar can be more than sufficient. Our customer support team members are available and willing to help you with this and any other part of the ordering process if needed.
